As a Registered Psychologist Kylee has a background in community health organisations including aged care assessment, carer support, counselling, staff supervision and human resource management. Project experience and recent studies in Health Promotion have fuelled her interest in population health.
Kylee's major area of focus is the Population Health & Area Based Planning portfolio. The current associated projects include coordination of the Population Health & Area Based Planning (PHAP) Working Group, Population Health website development, and collaboration with Monash University in developing a statewide health sector research proposal with VicHealth Discovery Grant funding. Other smaller projects include the National Health Priorities Areas and coordination of the August Aged Care Forum.

Matt joined VHA in 2007 as a Health Promotion graduate from Deakin University, having served a placement with the Centre for Culture Ethnicity and Health. Matt recently completed a Graduate Certificate of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.
Matt's major areas of focus include primary and community health, health system reform and population health. In addition, Matt has a role in developing a range of resources at VHA including media releases, position statements, HealthMatters articles and submissions. He recently developed the VHA's submission to the National Preventative Health Taskforce. |

Alison Brown
Project Manager, Clinical Governance in Community Health

Alison Brown is the Project Manager for the Clinical Governance in Community Health Project. The clinical governance project aims to provide leadership and support for the development of model clinical governance policies and systems for community health across Victoria.
The project has identified and prioritised key areas of work which are addressed through research and consultation with the sector via working groups. Kelly Meredith joined the VHA in March 2008 in the newly-created role of media and communications officer. Her brief is to develop media policy, improve the quality of publications, improve links with academia and other peak health bodies and to raise the VHA's media profile as "the voice of public healthcare in Victoria".
Her background is as a journalist and she has worked at a regional daily newspaper, in the suburban press and at the Herald and Weekly Times. She also worked for a rural-based public relations company that specialised in writing annual Quality of Care Reports for regional health services. Kelly works part-time and can be contacted at the VHA on Monday afternoons and all day Thursdays on 9094 7715.

Alice is an Administration & Research Assistant with primary responsibility for the provision of support services to the Chief Executive and secretariat services to the VHA Board of Directors. She also co-ordinates various facets of VHA's office management requirements.
Alice has a background in administration management and project work across a range of industry sectors. Alice works on a part-time basis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
