General Manager - Sector Capability

Role description 

As the General Manager of Sector Capability, I am responsible for designing and building leadership capability offerings for Victoria’s public healthcare sector. The VHA seeks to support health organisations to foster a robust, forward-looking approach to leadership to support performance, staff morale, and patient outcomes. 

What is your career background and what brought you to the VHA? 

I joined the VHA in 2025, bringing my strategy executive and social research background to create lasting impact. 

Previously Head of Strategy at the Australian Disability Network, I have extensive experience in management consulting, leadership, client engagement, impact evaluation, qualitative research and strategic partnerships. My work has also focused on inclusion strategies, policy and system development, behavioural change and workshop training and facilitation. 

I have extensive expertise in advising c-suite decision makers on change management strategies and I’m currently developing a sector-wide leadership capability framework at VHA. 

What are your hobbies and creative outlets outside of work? 

I love the creative arts and host a book club and journalling club in Melbourne on the weekends.
