Role description
As the Communications & Engagement Advisor my role is to understand the different needs of VHA members and develop strategies to increase engagement and deliver strategic value. This includes developing and delivering written communications, managing the VHA’s online presence and delivering online and in-person events.
What is your career background and what brought you to the VHA?
I have over 5 years of experience working in not-for-profits, spanning roles in project management, communications and consumer engagement. I was excited to join the VHA because I believe that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable and accessible healthcare and I enjoy using my skills to support our members and the broader sector to do important work. I hold a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing.
What is your favourite place you’ve travelled?
One of my favourite places I've ever travelled to is the Galapagos Islands, stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife!
