Dr Leigh Clarke is an experienced executive in the health sector, with a track record of leading high-performing member associations.
Her leadership experience extends across numerous health disciplines and settings with significant advocacy and representation experience at the state, federal and international level. This is complimented by experience with an extensive range of Australian health funding mechanisms and health economics knowledge. Leigh has led complex organisations through significant growth, including the enhancement of member services and development of a successful advocacy portfolio across state and federal jurisdictions.
In 2025, Leigh obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) (Health Economics) from La Trobe University.
