The Governance Support Tool for Quality and Safety of NDIS Services is designed to assist Boards and quality managers in health and community services that are delivering NDIS services.

The tool integrates quality and safety indicators, along with requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, with the Victorian Community Services Quality Governance Framework. It is also easily translatable to the Victorian Clinical Governance Framework.

The tool aims to embed monitoring and reporting of NDIS services within organisations’ existing quality management processes, at the same time as ensuring that NDIS-specific indicators are kept in sight.
