Victor is a recognised senior practitioner in aged care, retirement living, and disability law at Russell Kennedy. With over 30 years of experience, he is a trusted legal advisor and litigator to his clients. Victor practises in regulatory compliance and public law, as well as litigation and prosecutions. He holds a Masters in Health and Medical Law and has been honoured by Best Lawyers as the 2023 "Lawyer of the Year" for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law in Melbourne.
