Join us as an education expert to have your say in the development of a state-wide Leadership Capability Framework. 

Over the past year, we have been researching leadership capability frameworks and connecting with stakeholders on sector capability. Sector consultations have now begun and will take place over November and December 2025. 

What’s already been done? 

You might have already participated in some of the following activities across the year: 

• Desktop research on best practice leadership frameworks regionally and internationally 

• Online member survey regarding appetite for a sector-wide leadership capability framework 

• Interviews regarding local leadership capability frameworks and work that has been done by the sector (to avoid duplication) 

• Strategic Advisory Committee established to support strategic decision-making. 

Get involved: 

This workshop is an opportunity to help build and develop a state-wide leadership capability framework that best meets the needs of your organisation and the sector.
